Abstracts & Information for Presenters

Acceptance of new submissions has closed.

Instructions for the submission of a poster:

  1. New submissions will only be accepted as Poster presentation. The submissions for oral presentations have closed.
  2. The abstract must be submitted online. Do not email your abstract as it will not be considered.
  3. Register on our ICCGE-20 registration platform.
  4. Fill-in the form in the “Abstract submission” section and upload your PDF abstract. To identify the most suitable topic for your abstract, see the description of each topic.
  5. The conference language is English, abstract must be submitted in English.

Information for Presenters

Oral Sessions
Slide Center: PCs will be available in the rooms for presenters. Presenters are requested to deliver their slides at the slide centre located on the 2nd floor of the venue at least 30 minutes before the beginning of their session. Slides should be in a 16:9 format. PowerPoint and PDF files are accepted. If your presentation has special features (e.g., videos, etc.), please preview the slides and advise the slide centre at least two hours before the start of your session.

Poster Sessions
Posters must be printed in A0 size (width 841 mm × height 1189 mm), portrait layout.
Your poster must be set up on the day of the session on the provided poster board indicating your poster number indicated on the conference programme. Posters must be dismantled at the end of the session.
Presenters are requested to stand by their poster during the poster session. Check your personal “welcome page” on the Conference Platform to visualize your poster number (“presentation ID”) and the session you are assigned to.
